All we can do is keep praying.

Agreed, but there is nothing actionable we can personally do to get these wimps to sign an affidavit. I'll continue praying anyway.
Perhaps they don’t know they still have this option.
Perhaps someone who can still reach them can get that option across to them.
Pray for that. I’ll pray with you.
But I also articulated that remedy for them. It’s a good one.
