Both. They voted against then got death threats and certified it.
The GOP council members refused to certify, then they folded and certified it.
They asked for an audit when they certified, but I feel like the order there is pretty set.
The Michigan AG threatened the Repubs with contempt and monetary fines until they complied.
It's frustrating, but everyone needs to breathe. I'm sure most of us understand this is a long game that ends at the SCOTUS or after a special brief mandated from an executive order given in 2018. ;)

You would LOVE the "Republican" Michigan Senate leader /s. He said that Biden is the "President-Elect" and essentially Michigan delegates WILL go to Biden.

I dont think they are signing anything until tomorrow. So lets see. If the Reps say that the audit needs to be done before certification, this could be a good thing.
