I’m pretty sure a large part of the indefinitely confined absentee votes (250k now up from 80k last election) were by Dem operatives registering the elderly and voting absentee on their behalf.
The indefinately confined exemption in Wisconsin law circumvents positive identification requirement of the voter, and the elderly who are in care homes have their personal info on file at the office.
