RELAX that is a large building -- you notice the suite numbers are different? Completely unrelated. I'm not being sarcastic this is a prime downtown office building of course there is overlap.
I’d say the fact that they are in the same building is pretty suspect.

Not even tax evasion. My company is registered in Delaware in a building just like this with thousands of others. Having a registered agent means nothing.

They say the suite numbers were removed from the directory and the Bldg Mgr. says that was at the request of the tenant. There's a police officer hired for security of the building. He refuses to say who hired him.

Most likely its for tax purposes. There is a building in NJ that hosts several thousand different businesses expressly for such things. Basically its one of those tax loopholes you can only actually take part in when you're making enough money to do so.
