Don't get all sad about Trump losing the small cases going on right now. Trump said on election night they were going to target the SCOTUS. He did not say they were going to fight this on local courts. SCOTUS was always the answer. It is far from over.

If it ends up being that Scotus rules properly and it is 5-4 because of Barrett, I may just become a little religious because God damn if that doesn't sound like divine providence what with RBG croaking at the perfect time.
Also remember, the lawyers have got to go through the process. You often can`t start a case in the SCOTUS you must appeal your way up through the court system.
There is enough public evidence of the fraud, it would be quite an ask NOT to nullify the elections results.
Read the full PA Supreme Court opinion, the evidence is not questioned by the court. They simply say "tough luck, 15feet+ behind a bar but still 'in the same room' ".
