Seems like the exit from Iraq and Afghanistan would explain this more than some military round up of people. They have an enormous logistics task and would likely be getting planes and people in motion to get over there to start packing up/destroying equipment.

I'm pretty sure there are flights to gitmo all the time since those guys have lawyers. It just does not make sense that to arrest someone in Germany and Czech republic or wherever suspects are would mean US traffic bumping. They'd go from Europe.

What can be confirmed is the high number of unusual military aircraft operations, that seems like a fact. This also suggests some sort of operation is in play. Does it mean arrests? People that track this stuff claim that when they see unusual or high miilitary aircraft traffic, quite often big news breaks that usually includes an arrest of someone high profile.
Does it mean that in this case? Sounds likely. Joe Biden? Maybe -- but maybe not. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions here, just know that there is a very unusually high number of military air traffic activity going on right now, and that it historically has been linked to some form of big news breaking...
