This site is a BB in a boxcar next to the masters of the universe.Once upon a time when you had over half the market you were subject to anti-trust action... The theory was that economies of scale would let the big company drive all the little companies out of business -- then the big company could engage in monopoly pricing.

Standard Oil and Bell Telephone were private companies.. The world benefited mightily from them being broken up - We would likely still be on those old black dial phones if Ma Bell were still in control.

Capitalism is not perfect -- sometimes competition needs to be helped along. Adjustments need to be made. Especially in social media, where he major players have a monopoly-like grip on the market because so many users have so much time invested in relationships and content. Something as simple as forcing the big players to make the users content transferable to other companies -- after all the users should own it.... A reasonable fee could be charged.
