The point was to legitimize the media's election results in the minds of liberals/leftists so they resist anything that goes against it. That phase is over. Now, the media is labeling any challenge to the legitimacy of the results as Trump trying to steal the election. Pushing the general population to actively resist.

If anything, you'd think that Democrats coming out in support of a large scale audit of these swing states would go a long way to assuaging fears fraud. Of course, they don't want to do that because they know what we'll find. And they never intended for their message of "unity" to ever be anything other than just words.
