Because that is the district for Charlotte, NC, a heavily blue city. Alma Adams has run unopposed for the last two elections at least.

I absolutely refused to vote for her, despite the fact she was the only choice.

Are you counting Republican voters or republican votes for the seat? Because there wasn't a Republican candidate for the seat -- she ran unopposed.

So there was no Republican to vote for, unfortunately.

I agree that we need a Republican to run in that seat -- but there literally wasn't anyone other than her to vote for in 2020. My guess is that is why there are 0 Republican votes -- because there was not a Republican candidate to vote for for that seat.
