Posting this again at the request of another pede, since it didn't get that many upboats the first time.
For decades we gamers have had to deal with dishonest media, censorious bastards, and all-around power-tripping, holier-than-thou shitheads. We've been through the wringer and then some, so we have a great deal of insight on these communist skidmarks. While I have no doubt in team MAGA and am confident that they can pull these court cases off and #StopTheSteal, but I still feel the need to add my knowledge because of what's at stake, and these globalists are slippery snakes and no amount of assurance is too much against who knows whatever bullshit they'll pull out of their ass, especially now that snakes like the ACLU are getting involved. Either way, what I will tell you will still be applicable to whatever fights we have with the leftists down the line, so I encourage you to take it to heart.
I'm sure you've asked yourselves many times why it seems like the left always gets away with everything and justice is never delivered. Believe it or not, the media plays a role in this, too. Fake news isn't just about spreading propaganda and swaying public opinion. It's also an important tool in the globalists' legal arsenal.
The legal strategy of the left to defend their crimes boils down to two main components:
- They take full advantage of the fact that the legal standard of proof is 'beyond a reasonable doubt' by maintaining a veil of plausible deniability.
- They broaden their own plausible deniability using their control of tech and media to create a manufactured consensus in order to define reasonable doubt.
To break it down, let's start with some examples of how the first component, plausible deniability (which is really just a legally acceptable way of saying 'you can't prove I did this'), in practice. Such as when we caught their Dominion voting systems switching Trump votes to Biden votes.
"Oh, that wasn't supposed to happen, it was just a glitch."
Or how they write off the suspicious numbers in all of the swing states Biden is trying to steal.
"Well of course it's unusual, we've never had this much voting by mail before."
This strategy is very formulaic as is applied to the concept of plausible deniability, but it is also very malleable. Such as how they tried to downplay the Hunter Biden leaks.
"This computer repair guy seems really sketchy. How do we know this isn't a forgery?"
It's also big tech's modus operandi for abusing CDA Section 230 immunity to avoid accountability for censorship.
"Our moderators are only human, they might not catch everything. 'Good faith', pinky promise."
In all of these examples you'll notice a common element. At least one instance of some sort of vague component that makes verifying malicious intent very difficult. In other words, a cover story. "How can you be so sure vote flipping wasn't just a glitch?" "How can you be so sure our algorithms and mods aren't just making a mistake?"
Of course, you'd never believe someone who just outright said 'you can't prove I'm lying'. It would come off as a misbehaving child trying to get out of trouble. This is where the second component, the manufactured consensus via media, comes into play. The media outlets receive their marching orders directly from the globalists and broadcast a cover narrative.
"We at CNN find these claims to be doubtful."
"We at MSNBC find these claims to be doubtful. Look at what CNN said."
"We at the New York Times find these claims to be doubtful. Look at what MSNBC and CNN said."
"We at the Daily Beast find these claims to be doubtful. Look at what the New York Times and MSNBC and CNN said."
"We the fact-checkers have determined these claims to be disinformation. Look at all of these credible outlets disputing these claims."
"We the big tech platforms obey the fact checkers. We in good faith agree that these claims are disinformation and will censor it."
And so, through sheer volume of noise the globalists now have enough "reasonable doubt" from a variety of so-called 'credible' sources which they can point to wiggle and worm their way out of facing any sort of justice in a court of law.
So how do we thwart these tactics and see to it that these globalist communists are kept behind bars and that justice is served?
To put this in the most simple terms: If we want to succeed in a court of law we must make doubt in voter fraud appear unreasonable. We must crack the false, manufactured consensus, the false narrative, and demonstrate that they, not we, are the unreasonable ones.
So here is my advice for how pedes can help accomplish this:
- ARCHIVE EVERYTHING. This is easily the most important piece of advice I can give. Over the past week or so I've seen a lot of pedes only posting a link to evidence, or even worse, only posting a screencap of evidence. That is absolutely no good. Links can be scrubbed at a moment's notice and screencaps are laughably easy to forge. Archives are important because they void deniability. If you don't want your proofs to go poofs, archive.vn is your best friend. (Don't rely on web.archive.org. They are known to take things down upon request.) If you're going to post a screencap, add the archive URL to the image to make it verifiable. Also note that while archive.is can't save actual pdf documents or audio/video files, it can still prove that the file was there, which is a trick worth remembering.
- Find a good place to host and share your audio/video and pdf evidence. Most of these file hosting sites have been known to cave to pressure, so this may be difficult, but it's also extremely important. Communities.win should strongly consider incorporating the ability to upload pdfs and smaller audio/video files onto the site, though the latter should probably be restricted to high karma individuals to prevent spam attacks filling up the servers with garbage.
- Document the intent. Many of these globohomo soybugs do too much gloating on social media about their diabolical plans, even some of the higher ranking ones. Things like the AG of Pennsylvania boasting about how "Trump isn't going to win Pennsylvania" the day before are good examples. Proving intent is what is going to make the difference in court between 'it's just a glitch' and 'this is a criminal conspiracy'.
- Make the nature of their connections to one another clear. This plays into the previous tip of documenting the intent, because intent marks the difference between a normal business relationship and a criminal conspiracy. Take a close look at the organizations each individual affiliates with and the politics and mission statements of those organizations. Look for instances where lots of individuals and organizations share the same connections. Combine all of that with the archives of anything self-incriminating these commies have posted online. Spreadsheet software like Excel is a great way to make this easier. You can mirror the name of each individual/organization on both an X and Y axis, then fill the details of each connect in the cell where the names intersect.
- Catch them in a contradiction. One reliable rule in criminal investigations, if someone is telling the truth, they're going to keep their testimonies generally consistent. Lies do not conform to reality, so it's very easy for pathological liars to overlook verifiable details that contradict their false narratives. Archiving their contradictions will make a case for malicious intent much more compelling.
- Probe and ask questions, but do so politely. Anything these cretins say can and should be used against them. If at all possible, consider creating an alternate account for Twitter, Facebook, or the like. Keep your profile politically neutral. When engaging with your targets, feign ignorance, pass yourself off as a confused neutral trying to cut through online "disinformation" and seeking guidance. Play dumb and ask them to clarify things. With a little luck they'll willingly give you valuable material such as a possible lead or a contradiction that can be used against them.
America has never had a better opportunity to expunge these communist Engelist traitors from our government. Don't squander that opportunity an let them slip away. Complete the curcuit. Stop the steal. Lock. Them. Up.

ABSOLUTELY THIS
We should be aware of this
this is the most important post between now and inauguration day
here is a link to

I tried to visit the site but it says "domain is for sale." I think it was the wrong url. Do you have the link to the site? Would appreciate it very much :)

Beyond a reasonable doubt only applies to criminal cases, not civil cases, like the ones involving election improprieties. In civil cases, the standard is not beyond a reasonable doubt, but rather beyond a preponderance of the evidence, which essentially just means showing more evidence than not.
If we're talking about prosecuting the fraudsters under criminal statutes later, the BARD standard applies, but now we're at PotE.
Good post. Post it again every couple of days.
Important post pedes!
This is an info war and we need to be working on waking as many people up to the bullshit as possible so that 73+ million Americans are PISSED about them trying to steal the election, giving them no room to back peddle.
With the bullshit they pulled in MI this advice is particularly timely. Archiving and capturing their intent to intimidate the 2 republicans could very well come back to bite them
Someone download that streamable video so they can't erase it too. Actually, I'll download it myself.
Are you on that MAGA video host backup service?
Makes it fairly easy to grab a quick backup of stuff
Came here to mention maga.host and video.maga.host

Is there a less conspicuous politically neutral named host?
Great post. I’d like to add : Evangelize. One of the downsides to Gamergate was that even if people understood the message, many people would just dismiss it as being unimportant because it was “just about games.” Here they try to do it in a far less convincing “Joe Biden won and there’s nothing we can do about it. Let’s move on for the sake of the country.” This is less effective because a great deal of powerful people are doing something about it.
Where we were disadvantaged in 2014 we have an advantage now because everyone is invested in the outcome of the election and there is a huge level of support, which creates social proof. The more people who know how messed up it is the more pressure we can put on the other narrative.
Your comments and suggestions are thoughtful, actionable and important. I hope that you get more attention this time around. My only suggestion would be to edit out some of the rhetoric at the top and move it to the bottom, or at least put a TL;DR of bulletpoint-action-steps at the top. Many people aren't capable of reading this much text, especially on a phone. MAGA
Agreed. I’m a professional editor. Let me know if you want help.
I enjoyed reading this comment after I just finished reading this whole post on my phone while taking a dump. Best part is the site is just too wide on my phones screen, so I have to manually scroll sideways to read the ends of each line of text.
Thanks Basement-Bros.
May your Mountain Dew never empty and your servers never lag.
I was around for gamergate and it really was an eye opening thing. I know people like to laugh at it since its just a stupid video game thing and I guess it was kinda goofy, but seeing not just shitty gaming journos coordinate together, but mainstream news channels too, to spread disinfo and basically gaslight people was crazy. I actually used to believe that if I simply rationally and clearly explained, with examples, why the other side was wrong, they would see it and calm down. But they all had the opposite affect. They literally dont care about truth or anything, they just have their idea of what they want in their head and will do whatever they think is necessary in order to achieve it.
This was my key takeaway and something that has annoyed me with the right ever since then. "Owning" these people in online arguments or staged debates means jack shit when at the end of the day, they hold all the institutional power and have no problem flexing that power in corrupt and unfair ways. When we should have been vying for power ourselves or looking for any pretext to dethrone them, we were making retarded "top 10 SJW cringe moments!" videos or worse of all, standing up for them bc of some misplaced sense of "doing the right thing" or whatever whenever they would get chewed up by their own monster.
These types of people don’t debate/discuss in good faith.
Their mission is to destroy you and nothing less. They have no intention of expanding their understanding and finding a happy middle ground
The funny thing about that is that for years the self appointed Defenders of Civilization always folded when attacked. The Gamers were the ones who refused to bend the knee (also SF fans, but that didn't get as much mainstream attention).
Citizens are dead. Citizens don't have to be your voters.
Gamers rise up!
Also fight the system one offensive gamertag at a time.
Aint no censor that can stop my cunning ways from bypassing the system.

Also don't get obsessed with optics, GG clutched pearls and lost all steam and got sundered from within as a result.
Faggot mods are to thank for that
No kidding. That was a fucking shitshow over on Reddit.
"Cuckhold" is the more accurate adjective
Please keep habitually posting this
Little off topic, but still important imho. I get downvoted to shit anytime I mention this on reddit, but I think after all of this is over it's time as gamers we demand more from our games. Everyone on reddit circle jerks over their favorite game's developers and basically shut down any criticism you have because "they work so hard."
I think it's safe to say games, especially triple A titles, each year come with less and less content out of the box, despite paying $60. Then if you actually want content you're forced to dump more and more money on DLC. It's completely ridiculous and it's a sham. There is no reason why games should have less content on release, then within 1 month drop DLC, and on top of that have an in game store. The whole games as a service model when you think about it is eerily similar to the Great Reset. Where you own nothing but you'll be happy 🤡.
I don't know why it's become taboo to demand more as consumers in the gaming world. And it's completely ridiculous for year after year to put up with malicious practices making the base game shitty and in order to enjoy yourself you are almost forced to purchase additional content.
EDIT: I just also wanted to point out Battlefront 2 for example. It shouldn't take for a publisher to become that egregious before people get pissed. I believe the line for that is wayyyyy lower. And it's time we Make Games Great Again. It's sad to me seeing my friends younger brothers dumping hundreds on god damn 2k, this shouldn't be the norm anymore.
Just play Japanese games. Sekiro and Final Fantasy 7 Remake have no DLC. These games were delivered finished.
Speaking from experience as developer, business costs are a real thing and maintaining software for free when you're paying developers 120K+ salaries is not tenable unless you switch to some sort of subscription model, or you have enterprise offerings or ads that cover the cost to keep things free for individuals.
For software that doesn't require maintenance the one-time purchase model makes sense but with how quickly things change in the computing world today and how connected things are, there is always maintenance. The other issue is that the majority of people do want cloud-sync abilities and so it doesn't make any business sense to spend money maintaining a standalone version just to keep <1% of users happy.
The best thing you can do is to support and use open source software wherever possible. Fortunately Linux is the backbone of much of the internet so big corporations have an incentive to support it.
For some things like TV shows and music, I would argue most people actually like the subscription model more.
This is the trend in software in general as well. Why should I spend $X/month for a shitty journalling app on my phone when it’s entirely feature-complete and done. It breaks the model of “you produce something of value and I give you money for it”. Now these companies can just coast rather than innovate, comfortable in the fact that if you don’t pay them their dividend, you lose the software.
Yeah I was so pissed when even microsoft office switched to a subscription service like god damn. It's a fucking tool what the hell am I subscribing for?
Thanks so much pede! It is amazing how gamergate was such a true peek behind the curtain
It sure seems in retrospect they had been briefed or prepped on the game plan to smear white guys as misogynist racist homophobes across all media before the 2016 election but games journalists aren't the brightest bunch and shot their load early to simp for Literally Who.
Haha yeah, its scary to think it is all coordinated but I hold to Brietbart's adage: Politics is downstream from culture.
Gamergate was just a glimpse into how ugly and incestuous journalism and the lefty-professions had become. Their hatred for "heteronormative" values and conservatism had already been laid in by the early 2000's and they started seeing anyone who dared to disagree as a threat by the 2010's.
More than a conspiracy, I see it as the corrupt folks presented a moral trap for all those hateful people who need something like a religion or social acceptance to feel good about themselves. Wokeness and SJW-ism is just a tool the "Cathedral" put out into the world and all the evil, spiteful fuckups in the world who wanted to blame successful people for their problems took to it like a fish to water. The rest is human nature.
I trust there is a cultural conspiracy to corrupt the west through eroding its values, like Yuri Besminov (spelling?) said, but these gamergate journos and lefty talking heads are just pawns in that game: useful idiots without principles to guide them on their own path in search of truth such that they can easily be claimed by the real baddies like soros in the shadows
It showed how small timers telegraph their game and cant cover themselves.
Thats why its taken so long to crack the big ones. They have been pushing communism since Stalin. Game journos can't possible keep up.
Intent should never be a factor when convicting someone of a crime.
A drunk driver has no intent to get into a car wreck and kill someone.
"I didn't mean to do it" is no real legal defense.
Right. Where intent is part of the requirement, that is because it is part of the law that was broken. This is one more way that Comey flouted the law when he played his part in Hillary's arranged escape from accountability. Specifically, he said that he could find no evidence that she "intended to break the law", which is ABSOLUTELY NOT a requirement -- classification laws hold the stupid and the careless exactly as accountable as the willful and deceptive, for the reason that (say it with me) "ignorance of the law is not a defense".
Except that now it is, in Clown World.
The only time I've ever heard of "intent" as a legal standard being used is in the international criminal court (ICC). There, it's used to prove crimes against humanity, such as genocide.'Through evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, can we prove Mladic intended those people be killed because of their culture/race/religion/etc?" Unlike the way it's bandied about here, it's a rough legal battle. (I'm no lawyer, but I've read a skosh about it).
The way it's used in the US (and likely elsewhere the Left runs rampant), is beyond its definition. We don't need to prove intent here, as far as I'm aware. But that brings up a good point: when did this shield of "intent" start? With Comey? It needs to go away, and the big media mobs need to be called out when using each other as so-called evidence. It's spiraling outta control.
This ought to be pinned!!
I saw a few links here, without being archived. Links that link to certain people who tend to run when caught by the balls. (Twitter, especially those threatening Tump supporter)
We're on it. Pray for those who are working the numbers and fraud, that we find and document what is needed.
Underrated post. Well said.
Another 'gater here, I second the above, especially the archive everything part. We have learned how invaluable that is. I have mentioned it once or twice in the past days already here on the TDW, but it should be mentioned over and over again.
IT IS THE MEDIA....
THE MEDIA IS LIKE A HEROIN NEEDLE IN THE ARM OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.... either lying or simply gas-lighting us .... every single day....
Sticky sticky sticky
I just want to say I've never seen 'through the wringer' written before, only said outloud. So I always thought it was 'ringer' and never understood it til now.
Pretty sure it came from the old style wash tubs with the hand crank clothes wringer on the side.
It’s an Info war, I was on the front line (Twitter) when gamer gate first broke, even had Adam “Cuck” Sessler block me because I called him out when he told followers to punch Nazi’s. I was like these are American people, not Nazi’s why are you Adam advocating violence... Anyway, right now PR journalist need to be purged/deplarformed, investigative journalist can stay. But how do you deplarform a journalist that is a “made-man” like the mafia would say, made-men are protected, can’t really touch them. We’re in a real pickle... I like what your saying pede, and we need people to do what your saying for sure. But there is some next level shit on the horizon that can also be a bit more ugly, but we need some pedes to get ready for that too... whatever that means, I hope it means we just wait for SCOTUS and they fix this shit, Becuase if they don’t idk what comes after that? Lay down? Perhaps thats the strat? Seriously can we just wait out a Biden presidency? Or will state militias say naw man, this shit fraud election ain’t going to stand? Or do people just subversively protest and subversive act against the goverment? Or do we do some of own “peaceful protest” and 1st on the list is shit local news outlets/PR firms (cuz that’s all news is PR for bad actors today)... I don’t pretend to know, and I have no answers today... I guess at the moment we see how the chips fall and then we make choices after... so I’m waiting.
Can we please sticky this, very good informative information for the future.
In civil cases, legal standard is preponderance of the evidence. Beyond reasonable doubt is for criminal cases. FWIW
Its not a criminal case - all we had to do is show Dems are acting in bad faith - and point to plausible signs of fraud. Since we know they violated anti-fraud rules if the law is followed its over for the Dems.
Imagine you are taking a math test - you kick the proctor out of the room. Everyone gets a 100. No one can prove cheating but what would happen? Of course everyones test is invalidated.
The problem is will the Supreme Court actual follow the law. Gorsuch said the Church case in Nevada one of the easiest he had ever seen - and the leftist activists ignored the law.
Yeah, op is wrong about how the Court works.
Can you explain gamergate to me I just can’t understand it by looking it up
I do not know how much time you have on your hand, so here is a short and funny animation that is fairly accurate: https://youtu.be/STl7-_f4_eA
This article is also fair I would say: https://arcdigital.media/almost-everything-you-know-about-gamergate-is-wrong-c4a50a3515fb
And the KnowYourMeme article is also OK: https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/events/gamergate
Part of GamerGate also has a site here, on .win, as a lifeboat to the subreddit.
Thanks
(Video) Games journalists had been steadily going woke leading into August of 2014 when an ex-boyfriend of a talentless hack released a huge post detailing their abusive relationship that revealed she had been ran through by a number of those journalists in what appeared to be a "pussy for publicity" scheme. They reacted by spewing an unprecedented amount of bullshit and garbage all over their audience and were infuriated we didn't run around with our mouths open trying to catch every drop.
Why is this post not permanently stickied?
Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) censored both of those archive websites apparently
Archive Today has a lot of different TLDs, like http://archive.is/ so if you try multiple ones you can usually find one that isn't blocked.
Hope that's not the ground truth. CF is powerful and to my recollection has not weighed in on the nonsense side of things. Ready to be educated, etc...
Thank you for your detailed analysis and work on putting this together.
Sticky this shit.
Mods please sticky!
Yeah good post. A lot of normies dont know what they are facing and think this will be fixed with decorum and hugs when this is "over"... these people are trained marxists. They are vile and will stop at nothing to gain power.

Every since discovering maga.host i've been throwing up anything I found interesting, and some old goodies.
Pretty sure Rudy knows how to put together a tight RICO case.
This deserves a pin.
I've been archiving and downloading like crazy for months.
Yeah, it's really unfortunate that STUMP v4 was the last one completed. It takes a lot to compile and organize that much redpill.
When the old dom was lost, a lot of high-energy posting was lost to history.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again:
Gamergate was like training for dealing with media bullshit that would come up in the 2016 and 2020 elections.
This should be stickied!
When you combine the scale of the fraud with its one-sided nature, the notion of "honest mistakes" ceases to cast reasonable doubt on their guilt.
just posting so i can find this again.
You can save posts instead of hsving to comment to do so btw
The left gets away with everything bc Republicans don't fight ...
Thanks for all the kind comments everyone. Been busy archiving and organizing links so I'm sorry if I'm not as engaged as other pedes. Whenever I'll contribute I'll be sure it counts.
I’m currently using all these techniques :)
AWESOME TTPs!!
This is the way
