that was what I originally thought, but reading again, it seems that the 9K+ count for Trump here is just a correction in the recount tally.... not a county error in the original election votes for that county.
If they cheated in the original election, it stands to reason that they are cheating in the recount and this is just one cheat or error detected in the recount data / calculation.
You can assume that if dominion electronically flipped thousands of votes, they now need to manufacturer Biden votes in the recount so that it appears that they have the physical votes to match the original election totals.
So it went from .12% to Trump to 1.2% for Trump?

Floyd County Trump +1600-1900, Biden +1031-1331 / So +569 Trump
Fayette County Trump +1577, Biden +1128 / So +449 Trump
Walton County Trump +176
Dekalb County - Biden -9626 / So potentially +9626 Trump (I have to add potentially here because they will have to audit the machine to know for sure)
So by my calculations that is 10,820 gain for Trump. 14,072-10,820 = 3,252
