Its sad that many law enforcement agencies are just allowing this to occur. If I was a Sheriff, a Chief of Police, or what ever other lead of an agency I'd tell the local mayors and governors that I don't have time to enforce this nonsense.

I have actual crime to stop, I won't send my few resources regulating if grand parents are visiting their families.
