Sidney appears to be fishing. She's releasing information to show she has dirt but holding her cards to her chest. She's seeing if others will get scared and abandon ship and come forward and confess in order to get a plea deal. She may not have anything and is just bluffing to get some scared underlings to come forward.
However, she may also actually have enough damning evidence to send people to prison and is giving people fair warning and just using them to build an even stronger case. She's got the goods. It's the latter.
She's been way too specific to just be bluffing. Obviously, having a bunch of scared underlings come forward would be helpful. But overlings are also running scared, and some have probably already made the decision to flip in exchange for immunity. But there's no need to give immunity to more people than necessary to make an airtight case, so I presume competitive negotiations re immunity deals are underway. This would involve trying to figure out exactly what and how much information each immunity-seeker actually has, and to what extent that information duplicates what other immunity-seekers have. Ideally, immunity deals go to mid-level criminals who know enough to make the case, so the ringleaders can be prosecuted and locked up. This is complicated so it takes time.

that child predators are going to prison in record numbers, there are still many good people who love their country and love their fellow citizens and don't buy the media's propaganda, that promises were made and promises were kept, that there is still hope which is why we are seeing a reawakening in faith communities
