THE PAPER BALLOTS HAVE TO EXIST SOMEWHERE....

AND NORMALLY EACH BALLOT HAS TO BE TIED TO A VOTER.

JUST FLIPPING VOTES - OR MAGICALLY ADDING 200,000 TO BIDEN SO THAT HE WINS... WOULD NOT WITHSTAND ANY AUDIT AT ALL.

LET'S HOPE WE GET SOME 'FULL FAIR AUDITS'

It seems that they matched things up after the fact.

  1. Let the election run for a while then stop it in a Dem county
  2. Estimate the number you need to guarantee a flip
  3. Deliver needed preprinted mailout ballots (at some ratio)
  4. Flip the electronic count at the above ratio
  5. Check off the needed blanks off the voter roles (voting has closed so not contested)
  6. Mix everything up together
  7. Resume the count of the Dem county

The above will result in verified counts. I suspect a audit will show a lot of missing envelopes.
