If there's a unique identifier, how in the fuck does the software even allow for a "mistake" like that to happen?

You can crank it all down or turn it off. The sensibility. For identifiers, for signature matching...
It`s all in Dominion Owner Nick Ikonomakis patents, guy who was right there in Detroit vote center.

Its a dominion feature lol and one of the reasons why some states didnt certify it.

If there is a unique identifier then they know who by name votes for which candidate. They say they don't. But then they say there is no gun registration but I sure as shit have to pass a background check with serial number of my purchase. So they know who voted for who I'm sure.
