.. What do you do? Particularly if you're a business owner? Not comply and not wear one and risk the repercussions? How do we fight back legally, because I don't think it's legal for them to get away with enforcing this right? Feeling very alone here, my city just issued a "mandate" with no enforcement measures. I believe it's just to make the screaming children happy for now. It will pin citizens against one another even more, until they then amend it to add enforcement measures - maybe fines/jail time, etc. This is so unconstitutional and I am wondering how we fight it, besides simply not wearing one?

Personal choice. The owner of the company has to choose not to comply. It isnt a law. That said, should they comply, you must make your choice. I say let the chips fall where they may. But i aint wearing a muzzle.

So if it isn't a law, how can the local government legally enforce it?
