I would call it quarantining. Good example is the liberal hivemind channel on YouTube. His videos have been kneecapped from reaching anyone except his subscribers, therefore it's essentially the same situation as if he moved to a conservative platform.

And our election systems need to be rebuilt for security and transparency. Paper trail, third party independent security tests, open source code.
