After spending 10 years in Central Florida, I really like being close to the Gulf. (Close is certainly relative...I'm about 20 minutes from the 'beach' in Hernando, and maybe an hour from really nice beaches in Clearwater and such.) I can't afford the waterfront real-estate, that's for sure!
