Same in Ward 274 Both voted heavily for Trump which seemed to trigger overnight ballots for Biden that resulted in never seen turnouts.
Other wards have the same increases in votes and turnout but lower total turnout as the Trump votes were not that high.

It`s like a program tried to make sure the votes needed to win Wisconsin for Biden added Biden votes across all wards.
