It's true. A lot of Canadians make their identity off of how much they perceive themselves as superior to the US. Most of their feelings of self-worth come from comparing things they hear about in the US and thinking themselves superior.
Literally no American does this with regards to Canada. It's purely an inferiority complex thing.
