That's why they target low-ranking officials with violence. They target city/state legislature, various government clerk jobs, local judges. Most of these people don't have security, and probably aren't willing to risk the lives of their children to do their job.
If threats of violence against politicians and government employees keep up, it's over for this country.
This is why the right is losing. Conservatives are trying to win with courts and politicians, while the left makes credible threats to murder people's children.
Matching their tactics leads to an open civil war. If it's open season for threats of violence against politicians, government employees, and their families, then the only way that ends is with a civil war.
