The argument is that we are short on time, focus your efforts on the low hanging fruit to win in court, and get Trump re-elected. When we are in charge, we have all the time in the world to focus on the statistical irregularities and address them later.

Ah okay, he doesn't deny the observed issues with Dominion (this was on another post), but the "conspiracy theories" he is referring to is the narrative spreading around that Dominion switched millions of votes, and Trump won by 400 EV.

Newsmax was always the outfit carrying water for W. They came on the scene out of nowhere in early 2000s and have been sketchy every since.

The best path is dominion. He signed the executive order and any county that used those machines were in direct violation.

6
fazzman23 6 points ago +6 / -0

This. Biden would get like 30k votes in 2 minutes. Its physically impossible to run 30k ballots through a machine....even if there are dozens of them

4
IntrepidBurger 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah, Barnes is wrong on that front. Especially with the sworn affidavit from the Venezuelan that came out today stating in no uncertain terms that Smartmatic built those tools for Chavez.

AlFreeman 34 points ago +35 / -1

I'll take Sidney Powell's word over Barnes, considering she's actually on the team and is looking at the evidence. Are we seriously accusing her of being "Q influenced"?

18
YorakHunt [S] 18 points ago +18 / -0

Barnes is working for the Trump team in Georgia btw.

2
Drawdraw45 2 points ago +3 / -1

Yes but will still take Sidney Barnes word over his. She is closer to the source.

Edit: meant Powell..

1
Drawdraw45 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nah you ain't heard of Sidney Barnes before?

1
Darthrift 1 point ago +1 / -0

he's working with Lin in Georgia? I find that very surprising based on the rant I heard him go off on about Lin on Viva Frei's podcast.

Love Barnes personality, don't know enough of his work to know if he's right or not. I've seen him give tons of off the hip comments (like the one on Lin and he wouldn't trust him) but don't know enough of him to know if he's actually got the chops to back it up.

When President Trump asks for your help, you go despite disagreement with other personnel!

13
skiduzzlebutt 13 points ago +15 / -2

“Q influenced.” For people who actually read the drops and aren’t retarded, you know this argument falls flat right there. Q has only directly said that a steal is fully expected. All the looneys on twitter making contrived connections are not influencing Powell or others. If they really were, just say hello to President Joe now then.

I don’t praise Q, but I wouldnt listen to anyone with a knee jerk reaction to blame them. Barnes isn’t entirely wrong here but his assumption of what’s driving the push against Dominion is not helpful at all.

6
meteorknife 6 points ago +6 / -0

Q hasnt said anything about Dominion or Smartmatic. Just that there's vast election fraud.

He called out that CISA guy like a week ago though and confirmed before everyone else that Durham was still working. John Solomon verified the same later that day.

3
Southern_Belle 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don’t praise Q, but I wouldnt listen to anyone with a knee jerk reaction to blame them. Barnes isn’t entirely wrong here but his assumption of what’s driving the push against Dominion is not helpful at all.

Yeah, that's just going to tick people off.

Like me.

Hadn't checked in for Q-related stuff in ages. In fact, I kinda forgot about Q with all the excitement.

But because of that comment, I looked to see if Q had dropped anything about software, servers, or anything else regarding election fraud.

Not a thing I could find.

His statement comes from the same psychological place as TDS: "I don't know anything about Trump or patriots [or insert other thing here], but I'll bad-mouth them because everyone else does."

3
skiduzzlebutt 3 points ago +4 / -1

You’re exactly right. What I’m getting at is that terms like “Q-influenced” are becoming the next set of quick but false retorts to anything that doesn’t make sense to one person. Like 2020’s version of a “tin foil hat wearer”

1
Magistra 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sorry to be a ‘tard, but does anyone have a starting point to look into Q? I’ve heard it going around, have an idea that he is some Julian Assnage/Alex Jones hybrid autist....or a team somewhere. I understand Q to put out ideas that are ahead of the curve and/or conspiracy theory in nature. This post (not this comment) has me thinking there is too much disinformation for me to sort through right now, and I need a distraction to keep me from turning into a vapid 🧙‍♀️

This is a repeat of the last 4 years of his administration. Always let down by the hiring. Somehow the people that get in are RINO or not fit for purpose and fucks over Trump's agenda. WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!

3
kekkk 3 points ago +3 / -0

Barnes is highly suspect of Ron Watkins aka @CodemonkeyZ. Ron has been fueling a lot of this Dominion and Smartmatic stuff. I wouldn't count out the possibility of him being right, and Q also being a massive disinformation campaign meant to gaslight. I also think Ron could be a Patriot and right about all these things. I don't think Barnes thinks so, though. Just throwing that out there.

1
Drawdraw45 1 point ago +1 / -0

Barnes could be wrong as well. And CodemonkeyZ is not the only source of all of the Dominion fuckery. As far as I know he has only been breaking down how the machine/software works.

I think to win the recounts you have to focus on the Mail in ballots violated state law and to win in the Supreme Court , dominion/smartmatic compromised the election from a national perspective

IMO

This

11
YorakHunt [S] 11 points ago +11 / -0

For those who thinks Barnes is just an armchair quarterback, this is another one of his post on Locals:

"For those who inquired, yes I am in Georgia at the request of the President. Others, however, still control the legal strategy, and I do not yet have authority to take action directly. Will update when/if that changes."

Check out the cases he has won, he is a LEGAL TITAN.

6
TDS_Consultant 6 points ago +6 / -0

What WE focus on isn't really relevant. The people just need to know that fraud happened and the results are no good. We know it would be an easy win if we could actually audit the mail in votes and verify signatures because of their shear volume and completely unrealistic acceptance rate.

So far no state has offered a path to audit mail in ballots. So what does this guy think we can do, that we aren't currently doing, to make this happen? How can "our focus" bring a signature verification to fruition?

5
rebelde_sin_causa 5 points ago +5 / -0

Dominion makes an attractive target because it's a single magic bullet

It takes a million bullets to find a million fraudulent mail in ballots

2
sketchy_at_best 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly - If you just look at the difficult-to-explain vote switches, it's enough to win Trump the election right there. Hand recounts, even without signature verification would resolve the issue.

As far as I know, nobody has satisfactorily explained how one candidate's vote totals went down. Theoretically that should never happen. Call it Q if you want, but it's in the data.

All that being said, I am equally hesitant to believe any of it - we know there was mail in fraud for sure, all we're getting is innuendo on the Dominion/Hammer/Scorecard/Smartmatic/Scytl front. Even just typing that, there have been a ton of inconsistencies in the story regarding those items.

Azrael14 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's not what we know boys. It's what we can prove. That's what he's saying. We can prove these signatures don't match. And they're intentionally not looking at signatures in the audits. And we're on the clock. These states are certifying.

3

3
spread_em 3 points ago +5 / -2

I agree with this guy, I’ve been saying it all along. The point is to flip the election back to Trump, this is provable beyond a shadow of a doubt. This will prove how many ballots were fake and then be removed.

Right now Trumps legal team is focused on GOP waters were not allowed to observe count, and Smartmatic/Dominion, which they are trying to use an affidavit from a Venezuelan High Ranking Officer.

This guys path is the clearest to the win. Taking the deep state down etc can wait until later, this is the pathway to the win and the lawyers should be focused on this mainly in my opinion.

3
Golden_Eagle1776 3 points ago +3 / -0

Depends on who is doing the verifying.

2
GBA4ever 2 points ago +2 / -0

Rush just said the opposite. The Supreme Court will do nothing unless there is indisputable evidence of massive computer driven vote fraud.

2
pizza_lawyer 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is what I think too. Rush is usually right. It's not just that Dominion is an attractive target, it's that we do have actual evidence of massive fraud. Affidavits and statistics are evidence and should be considered valid until proven otherwise.

This ass is all smoke screen .... look squirrel!!! Look here not there!!! FUCK HIM! DOMINION is the key to the total destruction of the demonrat party!!!

Reading this statement set the fucking alarm bells off for me!

Notice the Q low blow. That's some fucking bullshit, do we really think the people close to the Trump team like Powell are being influenced by supposed Q shit?

This shit instantly made me think of the McClosky scene in Young Guns: https://youtu.be/H2iK5QHr3Is

This fucker is trying to McClosky us!

2

This feels, instinctually, like a deception post.

We all know Dominion and Smartmatic vulnerabilities matter... this seems to be something to trigger the Dems to change course...but why?

2
SAW2TH 2 points ago +2 / -0

Barnes has been wholly wrong before, and for what it is worth I don’t really care for the guy.

Sounds like he is trying to tell us to ignore the obvious problems with the current owners of Dominion having massive ties with democrat leadership - not to mention Admiral what’s his face being on Biden’s transition team...

... trust Rudi, Powell and Wood - not this hack.

Barnes is tight with Bloomberg news.

That is ALL I need to know.

Right from HIS twitter page: Trial lawyer. High-profile wins for clients in civil, criminal & constitutional law. Political Gambler.

From Bloomberg News: "next time, bet with Barnes."

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

He is not. He mentioned that in one of his livestream with Viva Frei that its up there because the elite don't like him at all, but has to concede that he is an amazing lawyer. Its a "Up Yours".

2
Blurpy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Interesting. Didn't know that.

I'll reserve judgement, but I smell a distraction. "Go after the low hanging fruit" (i.e. small fry) and ignore the big guys running it. Anybody that calls Dominion Voting Fraud a "conspiracy theory" at this point, well... they don't have my trust.

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

He has acknowledge the issues with Dominion on other posts, but the level of impropriety being alleged now is too difficult to prove in court, or will drag the court battle longer than we have.

We have limited resources and time, win the court battles using the low hanging fruit. Get Trump reelected, then you have all the time in the world after to dig deeper and expose it all.

2
Blurpy 2 points ago +2 / -0

I understand the strategy, but I believe Sidney Powell when she says "we have it all".

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

She mentioned on Twitter that Kraken has been released already. So far from all the interviews she has done and videos she posted, nothing is big enough to turn the case around in the court of public opinion or court of law. I do hope she has something else up her sleeve.

2
Blurpy 2 points ago +2 / -0

this is a brand new story, one of several in the last 12 hours: https://thedonald.win/p/11QRapuudt/georgia-poll-manager-says-voting/c/

More keeps coming. It is the death of a thousand cuts. I suspect a finishing blow that is spectacular.

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I am plugged in and aware of the drip coming in, but at the end of the day its about winning in courts, and winning quickly within the time left. The incident you just brought up can be ruled by accidental or they just charge someone with impropriety. You can toss out illegal ballots by the thousands or even stop verification of an entire state really easily by going after signatures.

1
Blurpy 1 point ago +1 / -0

She said it was released, but that details are just now coming to light. New frauds are being mentioned daily right here. the faucet is open, the hose of info is gurgling forth.

1
Dreadnot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Barnes is solid, I would definitely listen to his opinion. Dominion and the people behind it can come later.

1

sketchy_at_best 1 point ago +1 / -0

This does not give me the warm fuzzies. Time is running out.

1

How closely do the signatures need to match up? Because I have shitty handwriting and my signatures always come out slightly different.

2
YorakHunt [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

That I'm not sure, but due to the fact that all the States in question are trying their damn best to block verification leads me to think that the copying was very sloppy.

1
smartass 1 point ago +1 / -0

I hope that the Trump team is working on both lines of investigation!

1
Dessert4TWO69 1 point ago +1 / -0

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Read my other post, he is working in Georgia for Trump under his request.

1
BubblegumStickyHair 1 point ago +1 / -0

If they overturn these states, it will be on technicalities--a lack of poll watchers observing the counting, ballots received after specific dates etc. The dry, bland, and boring technical stuff is how we win, and it will infuriate the left with screams of bureaucracy and fascist red tape. And that's fine. We can look into the actual voting systems and programmable bugs once we secure the house/senate/whitehouse.

However, it's important to note that some of the critical states passed rulings on ballot signatures. PA, for instance, doesn't require that the signatures match. So let's not chase that lead too far as it likely won't get us where we need to go. Focus on the procedural irregularities. Those are the laws set by the state governments and are the easiest for a court verify/reject.

1
2016TrumpMAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's also the easiest concept for normies to understand.

1
semblanceofsanity 1 point ago +1 / -0

If Powell is right, and Dominion manipulated 6% of the votes, then the paper trail ought to reveal the fraud right away.

All other fraud requires a lot more effort to prove. The affidavits suggest there were massive dumps of mail-in Biden votes from suspicious sources. We need to be dusting security envelopes for prints. Calling voters to confirm they mailed in a ballot. Comparing signatures. Examining voter reg records to see if they were added by counters on election day.

I'm with Barnes in that Trump's team ought to be putting the most effort into the allegations that require the most effort to prove.

I'm very apprehensive about Powell's claims because she's putting us all in a position where she really needs to deliver on these claims. If the GA recounts don't demonstrate vote-switching, then it's going to cause serious damage to reputations and the effort to stop and prevent Dem voter fraud.

I'm not saying Powell doesn't have the goods. I'm saying she damn well better have the goods because otherwise we're going to be flapping in the breeze.

-1
MAGAholic -1 points ago +2 / -3

Lol, Barnes is saying Sidney and lin are basically retarded and incompetent. Amazing. Who wants to spin this as a win for us

8
the_thunderdome 8 points ago +9 / -1

I’ve been following Barnes for quite some time, and he is NO fan of Lin.

2
bluetrench 2 points ago +2 / -0

He had a field day when Lin failed to prevent Kyle from getting extradited.

2
YorakHunt [S] 2 points ago +4 / -2

Watch the Viva Frei and Robert Barnes' Video on Youtube. He has stated that Sidney a great lawyer and patriot, but her battle plans in court are not the best. He goes into detail errors she made in the Flynn case that got this dragged out so long.

2
OrangeElvis 2 points ago +2 / -0

Anyone who thinks it would have gotten dismissed earlier isn't really paying attention. The deep state wasn't letting Flynn off before the election.
