Depends. If State Supreme Court, then go to US Supreme Court. If it is a lower court (state or federal), then go to the intermediate court of appeals. If that fails then go to either State Supreme Court or US Supreme Court. Whatever method takes place, the case is likely going to end up in the US Supreme Court unless a lower court rules in Trump's favor. US Supreme Court is not necessarily required to take these cases and can simply allow a lower court ruling to stand.

I see the most viable path for POTUS as the SCOTUS invalidating the entire election due to the many fraud issues, especially the Dominion software, and tossing the election to the House. If that doesn't happen, then we can only cling to the hope that we keep the senate and add seats in 2022, which will keep Biden fromdoing anything meaningful, then Trump wins in 2024.
