One was 200%. I don't see how they can certify either Michigan or Wisconsin at this point. Wisconsin has same day voter registration. That is why it looks like they have above 100% turnout. MI might be the same way, I am not sure. I still think they cheated, but this is how those numbers are possible.
Nope. Milwaukee is not a high growth area. Population for Milwaukee in 2017-1,428,000. 2020-1,439,000.
