Give me 10 grand and I could go to SW Atlanta (Fulton) and probably leave with 100 signed, but blank mail-in ballots.

Yup, they're definitely buying votes. I can imagine it'd be pretty easy to go into a bunch of poor neighbourhoods and pay $50 or $100 for a ballot. $10,000,000 gets you 100,000 ballots at $100 each - that's not a lot of money at all when you think of the people that are aligned against Trump.
