I do not see it that way. The Judge gave Trump another chance to convince Judge after the hearing yesterday. They Judge set out the problems for Trump and now is letting Trump have a chance to fix them. This is actually helpful to Trump.

I hope you are correct, usually hearings are a more effective way to present evidence, and it means the judge is interested. Submit by a deadline, usually means judges mind is made up, and he's going through the formalities. I hope I'm wrong.

The election timeline is set, this is just the judge kicking the can down the road to run out the clock.

The judge has also severely misrepresented the facts provided in yesterdays hearing if the reporting is accurate that he claims that Trump campaign alleges 2 counts of voter suppression.

I listened to Rudy's arguments presented to the court yesterday and he cited quite a bit more then 2 individuals who were denied the right to vote.

Just another Democrat operative obstructing the Trump campaigns quest for the truth in this fiasco we called election 2020.
