Except the one "without", wasn't sneezing, he was literally spewing vomit or some other liquid out of his flapping lips for an extended period of time in order to make the consequences of masklessness seem much more damatic. It was so clear that it wasn't a fucking sneeze but everyone in the comments ate it up anyway.
And on top of all that, we already know we shouldn't sneeze/cough into open air because they actually carry significant amounts of liquid with them. We normalized not sneezing/coughing on people like 50 years ago or some shit, only fucking retards do it now.
I now grab random people, throw them to the ground, rip off their mask, and cough in their face. I then proclaim to them that I am death incarnate, the destroyer of worlds. They ask me to spare them, but I always answer no. They then live their remainder of their life in terror of a 0.000002% chance of death from what I've done to them.
