If Sidney and Co. can get a foothold for the suit on election fraud, the Dems will have to have someone to blame. Who will it be and how soon in the process will we see the fingers start pointing at someone? Surely the media will help with this and it will be all too obvious when it begins to happen.
They will blame every one they can. As noted by Tariq Nasheed they started blaming the poll workers (black people) in Georgia.
The cannon fodder AKA the minions that were working the polls/harvesting the ballots. People with no real power that just went along with the machine.

Interesting question. Since we know that they intended on cheating I wondered why they picked Biden. They could have ran with everyone and given him or her 77M votes. Or was he the only one willing to take the risk because of his old age.
Biden, and his family, have enormous legal liability from their decades of graft. It could be that they ran because they wanted to be able to swat away accusations as political hit-jobs. Same could be said for Hillary in 2016.
