Good article.

"In contrast, the ImageCast Evolution is an “all-in-one” device: combination BMD and optical scanner. Most voters fill out their ballots by hand, and insert into the scanning slot. But those using the BMD feature will insert a blank ballot into the scanning slot; after they indicate their choices using the touchscreen or audio/button interface, the ImageCast Evolution will fill in the bubbles on their ballot for them."

B0ard2death 21 points ago +21 / -0

But.....why??? Cool, you can make a machine do that, but good lord, why??

oxygen [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

"Some voters are unable to mark their ballots by hand–they may have a visual impairment (they can’t see the ballot) or a motor disability (they can’t physically handle the paper)."

I did read somewhere that the blind Georgia demographic was all in for Biden....it was like 98.9%...and for some reason they all refused to vote down ballot.

The only thing the democrats know how to do is exploit the weak for their agenda$$$$$$$

Time and time again

4
Hades440 4 points ago +4 / -0

Because if you never see it between telling it what to mark and the ballot leaving your possession, the machines can mark down whatever they damn well please.

3
Libertynfreedom4ever 3 points ago +3 / -0

That’s how all the in person ballots work in GA. You go in, fill it out in touch screen, then it prints on the printer and you feed the primer into a scanner. I voted in person in GA save that’s exactly what everyone did.

Just to be clear: This machine can take a blank ballot and then fill it out when you run it through. It's not just talking about people making their selections on screen and then printing out their ballot. Are you saying that in Georgia, the standard procedure was you make your selections on screen, then, you put your blank, unfilled ballot into the scanner, and it fills in the bubbles for you when it goes through? If so, that's news to me. That's what this feature is talking about.

At any rate, the Wisconsin polls had long since closed on November 4th by the time their machines "ran out of ink", although there are other reasons for why that could be.

2
Libertynfreedom4ever 2 points ago +2 / -0

It prints it basically like we would print at home. So I guess that is different.

1
oxygen [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ok yeah, that's what I thought.

>those using the BMD feature will insert a blank ballot into the scanning slot; after they indicate their choices using the touchscreen or audio/button interface, the ImageCast Evolution will fill in the bubbles on their ballot for them.

LOLWUT? The point of using touch-screen crap and/or filling in a little bubble to cast a vote is to facilitate voting by illiterate people and/or non-English speakers. This seems to take lazy/inept to a new level (by not trusting the DNC's base of low-information/low-IQ muppets to "properly" fill out a bubble on a ballot.)

11
DJ_NeckFace 11 points ago +11 / -0

I heard that their 2024 machines are due to also have a White out feature so that they can white out R votes and fill out D votes.

10
ADAM_SCHITT 10 points ago +10 / -0

Maybe to mark that the ballot was counted or something... But probably for fraud.

No, the machine can actually fill out the ballot.

Machines made to count votes should NOT have a printer.

22
PraiseBeToScience 22 points ago +22 / -0

A machine made to count votes also shouldn't literally have a manual detailing a dozen ways to manipulate votes either but here we are.

16
CovefefeREEEE 16 points ago +16 / -0

DUH.

Feature that the demoncrats could not resist.

12
Bullet3250 12 points ago +12 / -0

They should have a very special yellow or UV ink that 'cancels' a ballot upon counting - showing it has been counted and can not be recounted without recognizing the extra ink pattern. This would stop the ballot stuffing that happened in Detroit where possibly thousands of the same ballots were counted 8-10 times...

6
pithys 6 points ago +6 / -0

don't a lot of states print ballots on the spot for people voting in person? Any delays due to ink after nov 3 wouldn't make any sense though

7
fauxgnaws 7 points ago +7 / -0

The ballots are supposed to be accounted for. The company contracted to prints them in batches that are tracked to where they're needed.

It's to make it harder to get ahold of stacks of ballots and stuff them.

If a poll runs out then you have to vote provisionally or wait for more to be delivered.

You'd think they wouldn't be dumb enough to have machines fill in the ballots. That's too easy to catch, right? Jesus I would laugh my ass off if this is true

10
oxygen [S] 10 points ago +10 / -0

Yeah, I'm not sure. Clearly they brought in an asston of Biden-only, unfolded, perfectly filled in ballots. Whether they had a warehouse full of Dominion voting machines marking a bunch of blank ballots, or whether they just printed them, or stamped them, etc., who knows. But clearly something was up. A voting machine should NEVER have a "mark" feature though for FS!

Thanks for making this post.

5
UnmaskedPatriot 5 points ago +5 / -0

Beeen lurking here awhile, first post here. Anyway...

Only thing I can think of why you would need a ballot marking ability (other than obvious fraud) would be if you got a mail in vote that was damaged. Buuuut pretty sure that's what provisional ballots are for though.

5
Liberty49220 5 points ago +5 / -0

The ink used by a printer or "ImageCast tabulator" is completely different from a ball point pen. There are hundreds of handwriting and ink experts who could identify the type of ink used.

6
oxygen [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yes, proper forensic analysis of the ballots in question would answer the questions.

From the brochure-

Universal Voting Technology

Optional integrated ADA compliant configurations, providing all voters with privacy and independence.

Everyone uses the same ballot on the same machine, eliminating the use of multiple machines when voting.

.• A library of human-hand marks and writing is used to mark ballots, further protecting voter privacy.

So it has a library of human-hand marks and writing to mark the ballots, further ensuring voter fraud is harder to detect.

What are the known reasons a vote-counting machine needs ink? (i.e. what will the democrats say in defense)

2
Bullet3250 2 points ago +2 / -0

The single worst possible fraud here is that the scanning machine that counts your vote on election day.. actually alters the physical vote on your ballot...

So if you filled in the oval for Trump and then put your ballot into the scanner - the scanner simply 'prints a new blank oval over your Trump vote - and then instantly marks the Biden oval as a vote for Biden...

you would never know - because you never see your real ballot again.. and the people who would do a recount would not care to look close enough at the ovals to see any 'hanky panky'

Machines like this used at the Mail in processing locations would have Universal Power to alter elections at will.

If it was a laser printer (which is likely) it should be trivial to prove.

1
independentbystander 1 point ago +1 / -0

>"optical scan tabulator featuring a fully integrated ballot-marking device."

And why would the DNC want/need for a counting device to have ballot-marking capabilities? (I get it, they want to falsify ballots. But apart from some sort of printing a seal/receipt to show the ballot had been "counted," is there any legitimate excuse for this "feature?")
