OK I saw Mr. Reagan, and I've read from someone else that this was explained by a typo? What's the typo excuse, anyone know about it? Can I read more about it? Because this was the most blatant thing to me - this is that jagged chart that everyone is referring to. It happened at the same time in MI and WI.
