There's been hundreds of iconic Texas local businesses closed for good, completely changing the landscape of this fine state. Live music, concerts, parks without 'mask' issues, gone. Defundunding the police and still having rents and property going through the roof. If you're BLM you can protest without a mask but you can't go to church without one.
But hey here is plenty of prime real estate going up for cheap for Chinese and South American land developers to buy up when it's all said and done.
Know someone in Houston that did real estate, and there have been thousands of cash purchases from Mexican foreign nationals alone. Nice family of three? You have to jump through hoops. Foreign national probably tied to human trafficking and cartels paying cash? GOOD TO GO!
