I think if you knowing switched votes from one candidate to another or told By someone do that as well. Both people should be considered and tried for Treason against the United States and whomever does so, should be tried as a traitor to the constitution. They literally are perpetrating an act which goes against our rights, liberties , and ideas.

Treason in general is something that benefits an enemy of the US. It would be hard to argue that election fraud benefits an enemy, although Biden would clearly be preferred by China over President Trump.
You should look up the definition of "treason" and the definition of "sedition" and learn the difference.
Technically it is sedition unless they prove the ties to foreign governments at which point it becomes treason.
It would be really easy to frame people. Which is why most government crimes are conveniently low punishment if at all. The combination of established corruption and outsiders not wanting to enable future witch-hunting with death penalties. That is my initial thought.
True but that’s true for any crime. One of the things that help crumple the Mafia was the lengthy prison sentences given out for members dealing narcotics. They rather break their silence instead of going to jail for 40 years. Scaring people with hefty jail sentences if they don’t squeal is effective in many cases
