It's the Identity politic's that sickens me. We don't belong in seperate groups based on race because we are all Americans here. Dem's have a special victims group so they can scream "systemic racism" and "minoritys are being victimized". Oh wait this group of minorities have to strong of a work ethic and are really successfull because they work harder than everyone else. They don't count. The DOJ sued Yale last month for admissions discrimination against Asian-Americans. Just a few days ago Fed Appeals Court cucks (in Boston, of course) ruled in Harvard's favor on the same issue. It may go to SCOTUS. Affirmative Action has done more harm to this country than the racism it was supposed to eradicate.That includes blacks. It's Jim Crow with a Liberal smiley-face. (Always the Democrats, always...)
Yale admissions policies are actually violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964--that's the DOJ's argument, and it's a good one. The irony of this is totally lost on the Yaletards.
It was never intended to cure any racial problems. Hiring unqualified people does not bring anyone up. It just makes business hire extra people, one to do the job, and another to sit on its incompetent ass and draw a salary to fill the quota.

When affirmative action was originally upheld as constitutional Ginsburg (the most leftist judge) wrote the opinion. Even she recognized that is at its heart racial discrimination, but was only justified based on severe past injustices. But she then wrote in the opinion that it would have to be reconsidered in the future (this never happens/a time limit on a SC decision!). I would say we're well past that time and if any Justice votes to uphold affirmative action they are nothing but a liberal hack with no principles. Im looking at Sotomayor mainly, since she is a hack.
Tell anyone in favor of affirmative action to look at the graduation and dropout rates among undergrads oF cOlOr who got preferential treatment vs those who didn't

idpol is bad but America is a nation and a nation usually has people and its majority culture. There is nothing wrong with admitting it. saying America is an idea or "a nation of ideas" is a very easy way to accept globalism and it is a big problem most civic nationalists do not realize

It's not just special treatment, to make sure blacks and Latinos can "compete" they disqualify Asians based on race even more than white people...at this point, I usually go into things assuming the black person has had some special treatment and therefore isn't as good as a white or Asian candidate would be.
