It's not just special treatment, to make sure blacks and Latinos can "compete" they disqualify Asians based on race even more than white people...at this point, I usually go into things assuming the black person has had some special treatment and therefore isn't as good as a white or Asian candidate would be.

I don't think Latinos will be getting special treatment for much longer especially after this election.
They'll probably start segregating based on location, so they'll do what they can to fuck over Cubans, South Americans, etc, but still handhold Mexicans.
