Because you have eyes and ears, and it is so prevalent. And the shame is that it creates in you doubt about someone's abilities based on their skin color. How ironic! It is a huge disservice to hard-working minorities.

I honestly won't see a black doctor, the last time I asked for a different doctor the guy got so butthurt, I'm just like, I don't need a reason to request a different doctor now send me a Jew or Indian! (j/k about the last part)
