  1. Incomplete absentee ballots may not be counted under Wisconsin law. In violation of state law, the Wisconsin Elections Commission directed clerks to illegally alter incomplete absentee ballots. Wisconsin state statute reads, “ If a certificate is missing the address of a witness, the ballot may not be counted.” (Wis. Stat. § 6.87(6d)). Only legally cast ballots should be counted in the final results.
  2. A written application is required for an absentee ballot. Ballots issued without a written application are in violation of the law. Despite the law, many clerks issued absentee ballots without written applications - particularly during the two week in-person absentee voting period from October 20 to November 1, 2020. Here is the law: “the municipal clerk shall not issue an absentee ballot unless the clerk receives a written application therefor from a qualified elector” 6.86(1)(ar). Only legally cast ballots should be counted in the final results.
  3. Voter identification must be presented to vote using an absentee ballot unless the person is “indefinitely confined” according to state law. County clerks in Democrat-leaning counties advised voters to illegally mischaracterize that they were “indefinitely confined” to circumvent state law requiring phono identification. Only legally cast votes should be counted in the final results.

Election laws must be followed exactly or else a mafia-type group takes over and makes their own rules.

I'm pretty sure a mafia-type group HAS taken over.

Seriously, Scott Walker is the man. I trust him. He knows just how dirty DEMs are!

I think he lost because the Dems pulled this garbage in our last election. Nobody I know voted for Evers up here. Nobody.

i am not so sure yet about Walker... hopeful but not sure yet

Walker won three elections in deep blue Wisconsin. One of those was a recall election. He helped pave the way for Trump's win in 16.

i am counting on you being correct with Walker! i will be the first one to come here and say " i was not sure about Walker but oh boy was i wrong"

What he pulled off in Wisconsin was amazing. The DEMS abandoned the state and the REPS pushed through his fiscal reforms. Then it went to the Supreme's and they stood w/ Walker. Then he was recalled, and won that. Afterwards won reelection, then lost to Evers. Think I got that right.

They work hardest when they're out of power. Kemp was pretty MAGA as I recall. Now he's in office doing jack to stop the steal in Georgia.

To be honest, Stacy Abrahams would make Mitt Romney look MAGA.

Remember when Ann Coulter was a Mitt Romney fanboi?

2012 was so long ago.

Stacy Abrams makes Rosie O'Donnel look like a supermodel.

He just needs to get rid of or find 20k votes. Should be easy seeing whats happening in Georgia.

If they find enough issues the courts should toss entire precincts.

Issues are plenty of time has passed to cover tracks. For example how do you know which ballots were not filled properly but fixed by workers?

What Scott Walker is describing sounds like an audit, not a recount. So is it an audit?

Was the election in Wisconsin rigged through the education bureaucracy using money from a rigged referendum that JOE BIDEN shilled for earlier in the year? The referendum, which passed by 5 votes, gave one billion dollars to the Racine school district, but the money is controlled by a private organization run by BILL CLINTONS WISCONSIN CAMPAIGN MANAGER.

Was some of that money earmarked for corrupted poll workers / teachers? The NEA and teachers union endorsed Biden. Also Democrat Gov Tony Evers previously served as the Wisconsin Superintendent of Public Instruction. Did they rig it in Wisconsin through the education bureaucracy?

Wisconsin schools are rife with corruption and pedophilia scandals. By February of 2020 there had already been three WI educators charged with federal sex crimes in 2020 alone, including the superintendent of Altoona. The Wisconsin Public Education Network uses a pedophile logo. Some school districts in Wisconsin even allow incarcerated criminals to teach at school WHILE THEY ARE IN JAIL using work release programs similar to the one Jeffrey Epstein got. It would be extremely easy to use blackmail to control what happens to money allocated to school districts in WI

Wisconsin was the first state to swing in Bidens favor after the counting freeze and that is not a coincidence. Pelosi had just stated a few weeks prior that the entire election was "riding on Wisconsin" while earlier in the year Joe Biden shilled for a blatantly rigged referendum in Wisconsin? And the person in control of the money allocated by that referendum is Bill Clintons Wisconsin Campaign manager??

...Then Wisconsin is the first state in a series of "miraculous" comebacks for Biden??? Fishy.

So when they find evidence that any or all of these laws and procedures were broken by the counters, Trump gets a refund right? They literally had one job and candidates should not have to pay out of pocket to compel them to do it.

Banana Republic.

Aren't the envelopes totally separated from the ballots at this point? How can they do the things Walker describes?
