What are your thoughts on a CB radio??? I cant afford a HAM radio and would'nt a license from FCC take too long? I just bought a hand crank radio for weather, AM/FM but have no way for outside communications if things go south. I was hoping a CB radio might help. Thoughts??? PS---I'm a 60 year old woman who is new to all of this---so please be nice!!
