This topic brings out both the optimists and doomers. I'm more on board with it, but all we can do now is wait and see how it plays out. There's not even a slight way anyone in the general public can truly ascertain what's going on, so it's pointless to bicker over it. We can, however, choose to trust or believe in the words some of the Trump Team people are saying about it. There's still people around here who don't even feel like they can listen to or trust Trump's side, though, and for their own personal reasons. To each their own, it ultimately doesn't matter. It'll be so much better once all the waiting on this stuff is done with.
Kamala has yet to concede her seat. You know how Dems are when they're confident look how they acted with Hillary. The last I heard they were fighting amongst each other in the House over no landslide victory. This is not decided.

Everything in the EO states the penalties for defrauding an election, you can't enact the penalties without the election first being defrauded. Also, going after the Dems BEFORE the election would look REALLY bad, but letting them go ahead with the fraud while knowing you can prove that they did it after the fact kinda makes sense. I do see where you're coming from, but it's possible that it wouldn't work any other way.

It's possible that he needed to see how they do it first, which was 2018. He used 2018 to figure it out, and this time around he was prepared. federal level politicians will never be arrested. do you expect a democrat senator or congressman to go to jail? it will never happen anyway. Brennan, Comey et. al. are not "political opponents" they are unelected gov't employees.
