The data goes through Clarity Election Solutions, which was acquired by SCYTL. Clarity uses the SCYTL servers, and SCYTL is a European based company, who owns servers in several European countries. Also, Dominion/Smartmatic might be involved as well, BEYOND just machines/software. I'm not positive, but they are probably intertwined SOMEWHERE with SCYTL or have people invested in ones that are also invested in others.
I'm pretty sure that stuff has been confirmed. Even before the elections people have been talking about that. I'm not 100% because I can't DIRECTLY confirm it myself. However, I thought that was common knowledge. You can look it up and find stuff from a while ago.

There have been reports of high bandwidth usage in German correlating to the time of the election. There some suspicious stuff that normal people have found. With Trump firing and hiring these new people in positions of power, there's a GOOD chance they have some evidence.
