Printing Ballots
Stuffing ballots for the Top of the Ticket only bc it's in an already majority Dem stronghold precinct (ie there's no reason to stuff vs republicans in lower contests bc Dems will have already "won" with over 50% in that precinct/jurisdiction anyhow; and in the Dem super-strongholds, there might not even be non-Dems on the ballot.)
One real reason, is POTUS/VP "elections" are (not really) legally "elections"; they are really only advisory votes to the State's Legislature who does the legal/lawful/constitutional appointing of the Electors anyhow. This saves them from "breaking" election laws. This is also why those "broken ballots" without the POTUS/VP contest on them exist, it's not a "printing the ballot error" they are specifically designed to be able to "stuff" the downballot contests without "overstuffing" the top of the ticket (since X% of people voting don't vote downballot in any given election depending on the contest eg Senator vs dogcatcher).
Some of us anti-marxists have been around awhile and know/seen/experienced all their tricks; bc they don't change their playbook very often. This does make it easier to defeat them.
