Michael Wolff is a total loser who made up stories in order to sell this really boring and untruthful book. He used Sloppy Steve Bannon, who cried when he got fired and begged for his job. Now Sloppy Steve has been dumped like a dog by almost everyone. Too bad!
Trump fired him
"In one moment, Wolff says Trump's businesses had "increasingly seemed to resemble a semi-criminal enterprise" and then has Bannon chuckling: "I think we can drop the 'semi' part."
I am still convinced it was a ruse to create distance between Bannon and Trump. Imagine if the left didn't have the idea Bannon was on bad terms with Trump? They would have been following his every step. This way he's been able to operate in the shadows with a lot less restrictions. For some reason I really think Bannon doesn't function too well in a strictly regulated and structured environment ;)
It's likely John Kelly. Bannon was out about a month after Kelly became chief of staff. Kelly likely also pushed out most of the MAGA advisors and staff that left around that time.
probably the old deep state chief of staff
also i recall bannon getting poorly quoted in the press as supposedly thinking he was more important than POTUS
Rumor was Kushner at the time. Could have been Trump himself though, he had some choice words for him at the time.
Sloppy Steve
It's likely Bannon butted heads with POTUS....2 alpha males. I don't see Bannon taking a subservient role to anyone. Bannon can also be indiscreet.

a ruse? Fucking Bannon admitted the shit.
Firing Bannon was a huge mistake for Trump
I don’t think abandon was every really out. I think it was public optics. He seemed to work hard behind the scenes with Rudy.
Maybe Trump new he would be more effective from the outside so making him persona non grata was ruse.
fuck no are you kidding? He stabbed GEOTUS in the fucking back. so bad that even Breitbart knew they had to fire him to keep their company alive.

Yall think everything is a fucking conspiracy?! OMG... Bannon stabbed GEOTUS in the back... got fired. got fired from Breitbart as well
Has Bannon redeemed himself? Yes he has. That doesn't mean the whole thing was a fucking conspiracy. Holy shit people grow the fuck up omg
The fucking conspiracies this place has turned into is frustrating tbh
Trump does the Frenemies thing whenever he sends out a loyal commander to do a job. Bannon is behind all of the popular uprisings in Europe.
