If the servers were seized, and there is clear evidence of fraud, then there is no reason it should not be presented as evidence, to my knowledge nothing was said about it in the PA hearings.

Rudy Giuliani is not an official. He is Trumps attorney. Your logic that they would save it for SCOTUS is idiotic. If they had evidence that entire States of votes were changed, and they didn’t bring that up in a State Supreme Court case days before the vote is to be certified, then they don’t really have evidence. If the story was bogus, we would be hearing a lot more people claiming it isn't true. There have been a few, but no one credible has really refuted this claim.
Even if it IS false, there are a lot of people that believe there is a possibility it is true and that brings out whistleblowers who are not real excited about going down because of this.
