Was the Nov 2020 manual approved, declined, or still undecided on? Been watching 20 minutes and I'm confused as fuck
They did not approve the new one. They are now going point by point of the changes since 2018. The first item was about allowing full access to ballots while trying to control the numbers of watchers for covid, whatever that means.

Well they aren't railroading through significant changes, so it looks like this will be a logical process which is what we want.
They tabled the recount order so they can decide what will be in the manual before it is included in the recount order.
