It means you got a high ratio of replies to likes. Replies on twitter are usually disagreeing with someone (especially if they don't also click the heart), so it shows people strongly dislike what you said.

"Ratio'd" is a reference to the Likes:Comment ratio on Twitter. Because there is no DownJeb button in Twitter you express disgust in the comment section of a Tweet. If you have a higher total of comments than the amount of 'likes' you get it means that people hate your Tweet.

Getting "ratio'd" on Twitter is like getting more downvotes than upvotes on YouTube or Reddit. If your tweets get ratio'd then whatever you said is extremely unpopular with the masses.
