Everyone already said it, but these are net gains. Trump had about 60-70% more votes in each of these ballots then Sleezy Joe.

When she says +778 for Trump, that doesn't mean 778 of 2600 went for trump. It means of the 2600 votes, Trump had 778 more than Biden.
