I remember hearing that GA didn't set up the mail ballot and late voting things up through legislature but through the courts and special orders instead. Is that not the same thing PA did? Could they not get fucked in the sam way that PA did for the same reasons in the Supreme Court?

Yes. SOS entered into a consent decree that allowed the Democrat party to make up insanely difficult rules to follow to verify signatures on absentee ballots. This is why the rejection rate dropped dramatically. This violates Presidential election law two ways. First, state legislature has SOLE authority to make election rules. Second, if only one party, in this case the Dems, are allowed to make the rules it violates Equal protection law.

I think it was setup as an agreement between the governor and Democrats as part of a court proceeding.
