He's clearly doing his best (and I was all HELL YEAH when he said it) but this was shot down. This was also about the time the Mark Thomsen said, "Voters have rights, observers do not."
In fact virtually everything Dean raises has been shot down.

He got the amendment in there of MUST be allowed to observe.
And they removed stupid language about “balancing rights of observers with public health guidelines.” Because of Bob and Dean.

That line added so much ambiguity that it could essentially make the entire process useless at the drop of a hat.
That was the key line to get thrown out, I am glad they kept fighting until the lazy dems threw in the towel.

our guys are good BUT they did get tricked into agreeing to no hard ratio of ballot counters to observers. this is a trick the dems are pulling and we'll need to fight them on it during the recounts. WE WILL WIN!
