He got the amendment in there of MUST be allowed to observe.
And they removed stupid language about “balancing rights of observers with public health guidelines.” Because of Bob and Dean.
And they removed that shitty mess of a line about balancing vs health
That line added so much ambiguity that it could essentially make the entire process useless at the drop of a hat.
That was the key line to get thrown out, I am glad they kept fighting until the lazy dems threw in the towel.
