I've instituted a new routine. When playing CoD, if my team wins, 10 sets of squats or lunges. My team loses, 10 push ups (4 count, so 20) or 1 min flutter kicks.
You can do push-ups and sit-ups at home. You can jump rope and work on cardio. Lunges, run-in-place, etc
Also don't forget to take some time to improve yourself mentally through reading. Read about the Founding Fathers and the American Revolution, as well as other texts regarding Western Civilization. Poetry and other literature can soothe the soul as well.
After my kickboxing dojo closed down (pre-covid, I bought a quality kickboxing bag and a steel stand for ridiculously cheap. The workouts you get burn you quickly, but your speed and power (with technique) improve substantially.
I have to get back into weights, I never stick to it long enough, and then I'm gone long enough that the first couple days bring about that aching soreness and I stop again. I need to focus more

Even doing just 15 push-ups every day and nothing else makes a huge difference, with adequate protein intake.
Tell that to keyboard warriors who’d otherwise spend their day sitting.
Also be more specific when you say “heavy”, what percentage of your mom’s mass is that?
..snickers...... bahahaha!!!
Boy you are so stronk
A 600 pound person doing 15 pushups is pretty chest workout. That’s like 400 pounds on a bench press. More than I can do.
Sounds like someone wants their imprisoned wrong-thinkers to be in better shape for manual labor.
Nice try, Obama
Quit fat shaming me.
Let's do some pushups, faggot.
Eat the ice cream.
Some of us cope differently. ;)

My Governor just closed the gyms in my state for 4 weeks. G'rrr.

Fill a backpack up with a days worth of water via 12oz bottles and go for a long walk. 30 minutes minimum, brisk pace.
Walking is incredibly underrated. As is being barefoot outside.
These are pretty awesome. Basically super socks with rhino lining on the bottoms.
