I would have preferred first to establish a baseline of "normal" for the individual. That said, his voice was stressed, his movements were jerky and oftimes unnecessarily exaggerated,especially when pointing to sequentially to the pile of boxes. He had a few moments of contemplated flight when he took his keys out. It would have been much better if the camera had shown his face. There was little to no opportunity to see eye movement and surrounding muscle action, and the mask didn't allow for observation of unintentional muscle spasm or quirks. Overall, he was highly nervous about something. Whether or not it was because of lost ballots or that he was being observed is unknown. Sorry I can't tell you more from that clip.

He was definitely uncomfortable being filmed. I really enjoyed watching him avoid the box marked North Carolina like the plague. He wouldn't even acknowledge that it was there. He seemed to be hiding something. However, not being able to talk to him in person and establish a baseline thay could just be how he is.
